This week I am super busy with getting ready for the first group of RENEW: A Spring Cleanse and I have been loving the prep and development of this program designed with person centred care at its heart and Traditional Chinese Nutrition at its guts!

I am super excited to be focusing my connections with you all through this weekly bulletin.  I will still be on Insta and Facebook BUT this is the place where I will focus offerings and connections into community with health tips and tricks.  Practicing Traditional East Asian Medicine, Person centred care and bringing ME fully into my practice.
